Approaching later life
Later life heralds a new set of challenges.
As your retirement advances, we will help you plan for your changing life needs, ensuring your arrangements allow for flexibility as well as continuing to deliver security.
You will undoubtedly want to know that as your lifestyle and health needs change, so your finances will be able to support you. Our meetings will therefore focus on ensuring your plans are robust and your future financial wellbeing and comfort is safeguarded.
We will also help you gain peace of mind by addressing your legacy aspirations, meaning that your wealth can be preserved for those you love and transferred in a tax-efficient way at a time of your choosing.
We see our role as empowering and enabling you to achieve optimal outcomes in your later life, whatever that means for you.
Peace of mind for you and your family

SOLLA accreditation is widely accepted as the industry standard of excellence for those advising on later life care and equity release.
Equity Release – This form of lending is most suitable for those over 65, however, it’s possible to do this if you are over 55. It is important to understand that these are lifetime mortgages and to understand their features and risks, you will need to have a personalised illustration.
Vulnerable Clients Policy
We believe that as a business that we should have a dedicated policy in place to ensure that clients needing extra care are afforded appropriate protection by the use of training, adequate policies and other control/oversight mechanisms.
